Your First Call
With your first call to RockSolid Construction, llc, we will discuss the improvement projects you are considering, and determine if you will need an estimate or if the work can be done on per job cost basis. If your project will require an estimate, you will be scheduled an exact-time appointment for a free consultation. If your project is small and it can be done on a per job cost, a specialist will be scheduled at a mutually convenient time to come to your home and perform the work.
Free Consultation & Estimate
Our team of home and business improvement professionals are courteous and punctual. A RockSolid Construction, llc member will visit your home and talk through your needs and projects. An estimate or contract will be provided immediately after your consultation. If you decide that RockSolid Construction, llc is right for you, you will be contacted by a Coordinator to schedule the work on your project.
Scheduling & Ordering Materials
Upon signing of the contract, the Contractor will come to your home or place of business to walk through the project, prepare for construction and schedule the build to your project. RockSolid Construction, llc will order necessary materials.
Construction
The owner and General Contractor of the company is on-site for each and every project ensuring that all of your needs are met and will build the project according to your contract. The General Contractor and office staff will have regular contact with subcontractors, affiliated associates, suppliers and most importantly the customer.
Completion
At project completion, you will meet with the General Contractor to make a punch list of final touch-ups, clean-up and repairs. You will receive a 1-year warranty on all work performed.
